Butterflies & Moths of the Ionian Islands

The order of Lepidoptera includes butterflies and moths.
From time immemorial, large butterflies have caused the admiration
of people for their beautiful colors and shapes, but also for their close
connection with the blooming and fragrant nature!
Moths, on the other hand, with their dark colors and their continuous
flight around light sources, excite people’s imagination, often fueling
supernatural beliefs!
This particular book aspires to “lay the foundations for the recording
of Heptanisian biodiversity and the protection of lepidopteran
habitats!”
